Refund policy

Cancellation:

Please check your item dimension, orientation and shipping address carefully before submitting your order.  This is a custom sized canvas manufactured to your exact specifications.  Depending on the stage of production we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Returns:

Returns have to be approved by us prior to shipping back in the original packaging. Since our canvases are custom made to order, buyer will be responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt, the canvas will be inspected and an appropriate exchange/refund will be given to the buyer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. In the event your item has been damaged during shipping, you must contact us at customersupport@customcanvasstore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will need photos of the outside of the shipping carton, the inner packing materials and the damage to the product to file a claim on your behalf and begin production of a replacement. If we are not notified within the 2 day window period, the buyer waives the right for a claim.
