Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Because our canvases are custom manufactured to your specifications, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Please review your order carefully — including dimensions, orientation, and shipping address — before submitting. 5. Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Custom Canvas Store reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States via UPS. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, with transit times of 1–4 business days for standard orders and 7–10 business days for oversized items. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Custom Canvas Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds
